1) great friends (julie taking me to my colonoscopy, kasie babysitting)
2) a good check-up (prayers still appreciated, my heart rate was like at 120-130 while resting, so i need to go to my dr to get that looked into)
3) sleep!! (i was out most of the day, I had to call Julie to remember what went on)
4) jason watching Aaron from 3-7
5) friends checking in on me ( i really am blessed to have such good friends)
